Before being fined bail under Section 13D Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 514 Section 514 (1), the PC guarantees had to be seized because they could be fined. If the warranty trial court had failed to follow the procedure mentioned earlier, the trial court had acquitted the accused in the same judgment and the bail was dismissed, the imperial order imposing a fine on the petitioner could not be justified. Submission was made, neither in the circumstances nor in accordance with law and accordingly, after issuing notice to the applicant's bail and passing a reasonable and appropriate order, the trial under section 514 (1), CRPC.
