Arts 199 and 185 (3) Constitutional jurisdiction High Court's arbitrary relief, the cancellation of the bid to enforce an illegal and manipulative order was the highest bidder's return on the dummy boulder security deposit and some of it as security. If the applicant joins the authorities with unqualified hands, the applicant will request arbitrary relief in the exercise of constitutional / jurisdiction through a voluntary submission of the High Court Petition for his eligibility to participate in the auction. Does not deserve, he should thank the consequences of this act of his coming back. The solemn affidavit was not entitled to the arbitrary relief of the court in the execution of the illegal and manipulative order through the writ petition, as it would only sustain the wrongdoing and act in relief of injustice.
