GHULAM HAIDER versus THE STATE
Sections 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), section 380/411/457 bail, grants of further investigations were alleged against the accused persons for committing adultery at his house and his Stole some articles and cash. The accused has not been recovered and instead has allegedly paid the complainant the cost or compensation of the said articles. The question is if in such cases, the accused was held responsible for the alleged crime. If so, there is a need to consider. Under Section 497 (2), the PC has called for further investigation into his crime. The suspects have been behind bars and have been ex-offenders since their arrest, who were admitted on bail under the circumstances.
