AFSREEN versus THE STATE
Sections 497 (5), 497 and 439 bail were revoked on the deceased's widow's oath so that the suspects were threatening her and the accused was delaying the decision of the case which had no police report. The aforesaid statement has been filed to prove the diaries of the affidavit, stating that in most cases the case was postponed for non-submission of evidence or absence of witnesses, on the date of which a witness was present and the case was filed. It was postponed because the accused's lawyer had to appear in another court. The order to cancel the bail was set aside and the accused was granted bail in the circumstances when bail would be granted that if any further deferment was sought, it was automatically canceled.
