NAWAB ALI ALIAS NAWAB versus THE STATE
The accused involved in both cases were acquitted, Section 497 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 324 bail, Counter-Cases grants, except that the only negative factor against one of the accused was that the accused's affidavit was identical with the accused's case. Whoever was acquitted on such a charge, bail will not be barred from acquittal in the case of the accused.
