The Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Applicants (Village Headmen), is considered to be one of the relevant considerations in denying the applicant the authority to appoint an applicant against the post of his father on the prerogative right of appointment. The petitioner served temporarily as a lumberman for 13 years, with no complaint on his part of the lambarder, the applicant owned 16 kanal of land, which was less than the defendant's, but sufficient for that. Shall be used as a guarantor for payment of dues received by the Government Applicant, in the public treasury. Due to the experience of collecting money and depositing money which enabled them to have priority over the respondent who had no such experience, the High Court accepted the constitutional application under the circumstances.
