AZIZ DIN versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE
Section 10 The Issued Tenants Scheme Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Article 185 (3) Grant of questions on ownership of real property, possession of original cultivation, separately to both respondents who migrated from two different villages of India. Was listed as the head of two independent families and was assigned separate serial numbers in the Temporary Allotment Registers, which were examined at various levels from the District Collector to the Board of Revenue regarding the issue. And it was never found that the defendants were not or were not refugees from India. The independent family or that they were not entitled to the allotment of the land, the respondents did not commit any fraud or make any false statement in the allotment of the land nor any for that purpose. Had made a false statement about which the High Court had rightly rejected the Board's Revenue order. In the order, the board did not provide any reason to conclude that the respondents were heads of independent families and they were not entitled to separate and independent tenants in the land whose question was pending by the Supreme Court. Refused to take any concession on the approved decision
