Section 115 was not authorized by the High Court to interfere with the fact that after satisfying itself on a particular matter under the error or fact of the law, such terms and conditions as were highlighted in Section 115, CPC were given to the High Court by three Given the authority to satisfy himself on matters: (a) the court of subordinate authority is within his jurisdiction. (B) that the case is one in which the court should exercise jurisdiction, and (c) that the court did not act unlawfully using jurisdiction. This, in violation of any provision of the law or material misconduct, that is, committing some error during the trial, is a matter in which it has affected the final decision if the High Court is satisfied on them. ? Three matters do not have the power to interfere with the question of fact or law from the end of the subordinate court, though this is substantially different.
