SALEEM AHMAD versus TAHIR HUSSAIN
A-VII, R 2 Laws of Martyrdom (10 of 1984), Article 117 suit for recovery of debt owed claimed by the defendant that the defendant admitted the suit amount by way of a confession executed in the presence of witnesses. And defendant denied the execution of the confession and alleged that a fake trial court had ruled that despite all the cases and appeals court verdict, the alleged confession was not proved, Was retained and relied upon by the plaintiff through the judgment and injunction of the trial, which was the sole basis for the claim for different sums Yep. The defendant, after special refusal by the plaintiff, was obliged to execute the said document by presenting reasonable evidence, but he failed to prove it by presenting the previous witnesses. The appellate court had given conclusions against the plaintiff. The evidence allegedly did not prove the effect of the production by the plaintiff is unusual, but the plaintiff neither appealed nor objected to the disclosure. Both said that the remedies available to the plaintiff that were not taken by him could not challenge the appellate court's findings in the review filed by the defendant against the adjudication and injunction. Although the appellate court proceeded initially in the right direction when it found that the confession did not prove to be a crime according to the law, the latter part of the judgment faced a legal error while the defendant filed. Dismissing the appeals as completely inappropriate
