Article 42 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) by the Air Force officer for declaring that he is entitled to a disability pension for full 30 injuries, thus causing injury and illness. However, while in Pakistan active air force services which have been attributed to injuries / illness and exceed the terms of service, such results have been upheld till the High Court of Appeal which the Supreme Court has applied for the petition. The Federation of Pakistan had considered that the courts below did not publicize the material matters of limitation. The jurisdiction of the civil court through the respondent's conduct and the nature of the case as set forth above was dealt with conciliatoryly and the facts which were voluntarily served after suffering such injuries. I attend and it is developed and after retirement they receive all the benefits of a pension. Satisfaction was completely ignored by the courts below, which was a material hearing on the decision in this case.
