ABDUL HALEEM versus THE STATE
Section 514 Conventional Code (XLV of 1898), Section 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) bonds have been on the bail of the applicants and bonds were offered for the release of the accused on bail, who was in the murder case. Was involved and now fugitive. For the last 3 1/2 years, the applicants failed to secure the availability of the said accused, their action was taken and their landlords were completely confiscated and their review request was rejected by the High Court. Excluded by Applicants were told that they were a poor person who was unable to pay the full amount of the bonds. Appeal requests for leave of application were changed to appeals in the circumstances and partially the amount of each applicant's surety bond. It was reduced to Rs 75,000
