Sections 1212 & 11 of the Criminal Code of Conduct (XLV of 60 X X60), Article 230/4/324 / QQ Law in the Martyrs (1984, 1984 of the Ten), Article P47 petitioner had prayed that the complainant's statement in a criminal case filed under Section 121212 be transferred to the CRP Sessions Judge's file as stated in the Complainant Section 1212, CRPC's own statement.
