SHAMSHER versus MUHAMMAD DIN
In the inheritance dispute the real owner of the property is unmarried and the father of the deceased owner died after the death of his mother, confirming the inheritance deviation from his husband's brother / brother of the original owner. The mother was in favor of the real sister and thus the deceased owner's mother was entitled to 1/6 share to her five brother brothers and sisters; her real sister was entitled to 1/2 share while her surname was to the brothers and sisters. Owing to a 1/3 share of the sisters collectively, the whole estate of the late owner, in the circumstances, became part of the mother, the real sister and the brother and sister of the siblings. Since the acquisition of shares to meet the claims had nothing left, so others will not be entitled to the deceased's estate
