JAMSHEED ALIAS SHAHZADA versus THE STATE
Sections 302/324/353/34 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), after the arrest of Section 7 (a) accused, did not hold an identity parade which was a police officer as he did not support the prosecution case. Because they did not take the names of the accused before the trial court had no benefit to recover because there was no positive report of the impression that the prosecution had moved their case against any of the suspects. Had failed to prove because it was a case in which there were many doubts that did not arise in favor of the accused. As a matter of conviction and punishment given to the accused through a trial case, they were set aside to extend the benefit of the doubt.
