Sections 302/324/353/34 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), after the arrest of Section 7 (a) accused, did not hold an identity parade which was a police officer as he did not support the prosecution case. Had failed to prove because it was a case in which there were many doubts that did not arise in favor of the accused. As a matter of conviction and punishment given to the accused through a trial case, they were set aside to extend the benefit of the doubt.
