Controversial applicants of the Section 2 Displaced Persons (Land Settlement) Act (XLVII of 1958), Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, have alleged that the petitioner allegedly used fake money. Empty Property and Displaced Persons (Laws) Act, 1975, and thus acting without full jurisdiction to revoke the allotment, the complete lack of jurisdiction cannot be waived nor can it Jurisdiction, which may be amended by the High Court under Article 199 unconfirmed by law. The order of the Constitution which was passed by the collector without any jurisdiction was not sustainable in the law and hence it was declared a rule.
