Officer Petitioner stated that the accused had been held in illegal prison from the day of his arrest till his bail was granted after the petitioner alleged that the accused was falsely involved in the case. In both cases, the accused was molested with intent to appear. The accused was presented to a court of competent jurisdiction and the applicant could obtain his appropriate remedy under the law, however, the police superintendent requested the police, against the relevant police officer.
