In the present case, the parameters of the illegal act notice were consequently canceled and the executive district officer (Revenue) as well as other officers were instructed not to take any action that came under the jurisdiction of the civil court. Nor should any inquiry be implemented against it, nor will orders be approved to expel the applicant from his premises.
