Arts 4 and 199 Constitutional petition should be dealt with according to the law of the people and according to the request of Article 4, Constitution of Pakistan (1973) the applicant believed that the Deputy District Officer was harassing him and through notice it was vacated. Is demanding free space. The shop in his possession was in the possession of another person and he was in possession of it as a tenant and said that the officer had no jurisdiction to do so and he was not instructed by the police in this regard. Could issue a notice through any executive authority. (Revenue or police) For any citizen without any authority, the act of equal and unlawful act shall come under the auspices of harassing a citizen. In the present case, the parameters of the illegal act notice were consequently canceled and the executive district officer (Revenue) as well as other officers were instructed not to take any action that came under the jurisdiction of the civil court. Nor should any inquiry be implemented against it, nor will orders be approved to expel the applicant from his premises.
