Section 19 Calculation of Limitation of Term of Impact of Writing Liability Section 19, Provision of Limitation Act 1908 does not provide that the fresh term of limitation will be calculated only once from the date of acknowledgment of obligation. Each time the obligation is entered into directly or indirectly, directly or indirectly or indirectly, with respect to the restrictions, a new term of limitation will have effect.
