Article 8 Conducting General Election Order 7 of the AA 2002 [such as the holding of the General Election (Eighth Amendment) Order [Chief Executive Order No. 34 of 2002], Article 2 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 184 (3) and 25 Constitutional application under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution before disqualification before becoming a member of Article 8AA of the Constitution, holding Article 8AA, General Election Order, 2002, Article 8AA, General Election Order Held, 2002, is discriminatory in nature and, as a result of lawful act of contesting national and provincial assemblies, is itself in violation of Article 25 of the disqualification of the Constitution. It should have been provided in the original holding of the General Election Order 2002, so that the affected people had the opportunity to avoid such disqualification.
