Partition Act 1893 Sections 2 and 3 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), A XXVI, R 9 Sale of Property for Distribution The Local Commission had three shareholders in the appointment of the suit property and one of them sued for distribution. During the hearing of the petition filed, the two shareholders filed an application under Section 3 of the Partition Act, 1893, and the trial court approved the order under which the local commission was sued for the cost of the property. Was appointed to evaluate because the application was not made under section 2 of the Partition Act, 1893. Was moved which is required to move the petition under Section 3 of the Partition Act, 1893, the trial court could not appoint a local commission to ascertain the value of this property.
