NAAZ ALI versus CONTROLLER OF BUILDINGS K.B.C.A.
According to the Code of Sections 114 (2) Civil Code (V103), Section 96 and 104 Sindh Buildings Control Ordinance (V 1979), Section 6 strangers or certified copy of the judgment and decree of the proceedings, the applicants claimant. The request to be made was filed by the concerned Cooperative Housing Society resident, seeking an appeal against the judgment and decree for obtaining certified copies of the objection of the plaintiff that he obtained the right after the order was finalized. That couldn't be bothered. And that the applicant had not disclosed his interest in the matter. The validity applicant was required to show only that he was a permanent resident of the area, who, upon the presence of his right, considered the questions of his final order, the rights of the plaintiff, and these questions to retain the appeal. Which will be considered and decided by the appellate court. Not suitable for court when the applicant made a first case for grants to deal with the application for a grant of certified copies to examine the details and merits of the application being filed. Certified copies were allowed on request
