ARIF MANZOOR QURESHI versus RAEES AHMAD KHAN, DIRECTOR LEGAL, L.D.A. GENERAL ATTORNEY OF D.G./L.D.A., LAHORE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 7676 Penal Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Articles 197 and 198 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application in relation to the prosecution of any crime, any citizen, income or offender. Was admitted by the court petitioner alleging that he had hidden the fact in the affidavit filed with the applicants that he had earlier filed an objection before the executive court which was dismissed, the petitioner. Had prayed that action be initiated against the respondents under Section 767676, CRPC. While cheating with the High Court Personnel of Section 767676, the CCP showed that the court had the power to confess to the crime or whether the respondents had given all material facts to the main constitutional petition for dispute. I mentioned except that the objections filed by the respondents before the Implementing Court but the defendants mentioned that they had filed an application under Section 12 (2), CPC, decision and decree relating to the trial. To set aside and challenge the court's order proposing that the applicant's argument be repudiated for these reasons. It was denied that the defendant's sentence had no reasonable possibility and was not beneficial. Constitutional application to order legal proceedings against the defendants in the interest of justice was dismissed accordingly
