The petitioner's complaint that he did not suffer wrongdoing or unlawful interference in the jurisdiction of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 was that he owned 42 1/2 kanals of land during co-operation by the Cooperative Society. , The land of the applicants was increased to 84 1. The growing area of 21 Kanal land was of inferior quality to their original holding land. In this area, the previous case was taken before the cooperative authorities and the applicants were entitled to 42/2 Kanal land. The entitled applicants were 42/2 Kanal. Their entitlements were not reduced in any way, only some additional land was given and then the applicants were evicted, so no injustice was done to them. Administered by the Cooperative Authorities and the Provincial Government, did not face any illegal or jurisdictional error. The court refused to interfere with the order passed by the authorities.
