WAZIRDULLAH versus LAND ACQUISITION COLLECTOR, A.C. SWABI
Articles 23 and 54 of Conan Evidence (10 of 1984), Arts 74 and 76, claim that the trial court awarded the appellate verdict fixed by the trial court for excessive sale of adjacent land.
