MUHAMMAD JAHANGIR versus SPECIAL JUDGE, ANTI TERRORISM COURT NO. I, LAHORE
Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/324/394/109/148/149 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXV II of 1997) Section 7 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application moved the case from the special court established under the Anti-Terrorism Activities Act. Request to do Since 1997, a common court incident has taken place in a densely populated area in which 8 people were executed in 3 different houses at night while the Sleep Act was not of the kind that terror and fear in the area. There was no panic. The segment of the public did not commit to the area or even because of the location of the commission of print and electronic media crime, because of the purpose in which it was committed. Whether or not the crime was widely seen by the public, whether or not the crime was the sole factor in determining jurisdiction was the important question whether the aforementioned crime was a terrorist attack or at a public level. But the effects of creating fear and insecurity were sufficient to bring the case to the jurisdiction of the special court.
