Before the appellate court passed the Supreme Court's decree of 3 2 1985 and counting the time limit, 2 2 expired in 1991, 3 4 filed in 1994. The departure request was banned, such an injunction was rejected and no injunction was made. The petitioners challenged such decisions and decree before the Supreme Court, but no order was passed in their favor, pursuant to section 15 of the Limitation Act 1908, only such period could be excluded. ?
