Section 49 (4) (e) The employee was given a show cause notice to the employee's unfair practice that was found to be theft, and after (internal) inquiry, and relying on the finding of the inquiry officer, Was fired from the job. The employee accepted service of notice in connection with the theft charge. Admitted that investigations were made against him and he signed the inquiry minutes. Acknowledged that it was presented with a letter of dismissal, and that the notice of application filed by him before the commission's bench was looked into and when the employees were called from the job before the notice was received. If removed, the application filed through the application was unable to retain the employee in the current form, and was responsible for dismissal.
