The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 mandamus petitioner wrote in his constitutional petition urging the respondents (government workers) from entering his house and banning him or his family from torturing and harassing them. It was further prayed that the defendants do not exceed the limit. In the course of performing his duties, the respondents denied going to the applicant's house or raiding that the applicant had requested that he be satisfied if the issue of his application was dealt with in this matter. If the defendants will act in accordance with the law and do not cause it while paying their duties. Any constitutional application for harassment was dealt with by the same observation that the applicant may request the jurisdiction of the competent court to settle his complaint for compensation claim.
