The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302/34 and 307/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) had already granted leave of appeal to the other accused in connection with the same transaction arising out of the same transaction, pending the appeal, Therefore, in the present case, the accused has been granted as well as the two points which were discharged in the case.
