And instead, the respondents were directly recruited in the constitutional petition before the High Court. Such recruits were charged. Government employees admitted that they jointly challenged the employee's bank action. Could not be challenged before the Federal Service Tribunal where the case is concerned. The terms of service and conditions and if the appointments are not made in accordance with the law and if the rules relied upon by the civil servants have been violated, then the application of the Service Tribunal II by some of the Government employees already collectively Could have been filed. The provisions of Article 1212 of the Constitution will not be ineffective because the issue of the terms and conditions of appeal of public servants may be aggravated by the entry of Section 2A in the Tribunals Act 1973, the Service Tribunals Act 1973 The result of the amendment was rejected by the High Court. Interim order interrupted by respondent bank petition dismissed
