Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional jurisdiction, High Court directive was sought at the relevant police station for registration of criminal case against the respondents. The High Court is not within the applicant's constitutional jurisdiction, otherwise the allegations made in the constitutional petition were an alternative way of filing a private complaint against the respondents, which made the constitutional application effective.
