ABDUL GHAFOOR ALIAS GHAFOORI versus THE STATE
The statements of the Pakistan Penal Code Section 392/411/458 prosecution witnesses indicated that the identification process was strictly in accordance with the law and procedure. Was shown to identify witnesses before they occurred. The trial court correctly dismissed the objection to the identification proceedings. Identity witnesses identified the accused as unfocused and without reservation, alleging that he could not be prosecuted on the basis of an identity parade simply because the incident happened once it happened. It was illegal to prosecute the accused through legal proceedings. Three people had identified eyewitnesses and no exception could be taken in such proceedings. The prosecution did not succeed in proving any intentional intent, or it was alleged by the complainant that he had falsely accused him. The accused, in his statement under Section 342, CRPC, stated that he was involved in an O1 political rivalry, was not endorsed by any material nor was the circumstances. I was confident that the appeal against the trial court's decision was dismissed
