Section 13 (6) Term / Rental Compensation The rental controller, the scope of the tenant, may direct the controlling tenant to deposit the rent due deposit but such rent may be legally required. Should not be due and otherwise if the rent is not legally, then in this case it does not fall under the term "rent due", thus the rent controller has no option to rent the property in West Pakistan. Order the submission of such rent under section 13 (6) of the Banning Ordinance 1959.
