Section 13 (2) (i) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 194 Constitutional Application Monthly rent required that the landlord demand a 100% increase in the monthly rent and accept unanimous increase in rent. On the order of refusal and subsequent submission of the same, the court rent controller granted the request for eviction and the tenant Lower Appellate Court approved the eviction order and found the rental controller in default and dismissed the request. Because there was no other ground available to evict the tenant, and the landlord, the appellate court rightly dismissed the removal request, the High Court refused to interfere with the appellate court's decision.
