Government employee dismissed from Punjab Police (Talent and Discipline) Rules 1975 Rr 4, 5 & 6 Job proceeded for evidence in court due to being a constable, but did not report back for duty and non-more than five months. The notice of cause was absent due to a government employee and he was asked to appear before the authority, but despite the notice he failed to appear before the official employee of the authority, as he was present during the current months. Volunteering at its own discretion, there was no justification for allowing such irresponsibility. Due to the nature of corruption in the police department, the punishment for dismissal, but also due to rigor, has been changed to compulsory retirement.
