CHIEF EXECUTIVE, PESCO, PESHAWAR versus NUSHAD IQBAL

Against the approval of the section 41 and 55 complaint application, the Appeal Scope employee, whose services were terminated, filed a complaint petition against his dismissal order. The application, which was accepted by the Labor Court regarding the accuracy of the labor court, with the permission of the employee's complaint application, concluded that the order of dismissal was without legal authority.
