SHAHID RASHID versus MIRZA MUNAWAR BEG
Section 2 of the Empty Property and Displaced Persons Act (1975) Act, 1975, managed and settled the available real estate property scheme in 1947 and remained in its possession and three of the respondents in favor of its certified claims. The allotments were granted and in the third allotment, the land belonging to the appellant's father was wrongly allotted to the defendant. The appellant was that the third allotment was more than the defendant's entitlement. The first two allotments were in accordance with the Index Index units and there was no legal objection to the transfer, whereas the third allotment was more than entitled to the respondent. Only 21 productive index units were left but they managed to keep the land equal to 68 Production Index units, thus exceeding 47 Production Index units, which was the last allotment that was subject to legal defect. The High Court upheld the decision and the defendant promptly produced 47 products Directed to be delivered. The index units got the maximum from their last allotment in which they were not legally entitled to appeal and were dealt with accordingly.
