Privatization Commission Ordinance 2000 Sections 5, 23 and 25 of the Contract Act (IX of 1872), Sections 2 (h) and Pakistan 10 of the Constitution (1973), Article 185 (3) of the contract auction proceedings made by the applicant through the Privatization Commission.
