Article 199 Civil Service of the Constitution of Pakistan delayed the acceptance of the constitutional application for arbitrary resignation, petitioner / civil servant to resign voluntarily and after that the civil servant decided to resign, But after that the resignation was not accepted. The delay in the tiling of the Constitution's application for a long time did not affect the arbitrary relief given to the applicant under Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973, and in such cases the court would be reluctant to grant arbitrary relief.
