Under Section 12 of the Banking Companies (Loans, Progress, Credit and Finance Recovery) Act 1997, the non-submission of the respondent's application was dismissed by bank party court verification where the defendant was presented through personal services. And the Banking Court justified in providing the remarks that the application was not denied personal services The applicant could not approach this court under section 12 of the Banking Companies (Loan Advance, Credit and Finance) Act 1997 ?
