Article 4 Constitution of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 (1973), Articles 212 (3) State Life Employees (Service) Regulations, 1973, Regulations 27 and 33 filed for dismissal of service, not to take advantage of appeal before the service tribunal. Before the legal status of an unregistered department authority where an appeal against service dismissal was not provided in Regulations 27 and 33 of the State Life Employees (Service) Regulations 1973, after considering each of the employee's own complaints, The Service Tribunal properly referred its complaint to the Service Tribunal. And every facet of the case properly allowed the employee's appeal and reinstated him into the job with back benefits. The decision passed by the service tribunal was based on reasonable reasoning and the law of the Supreme Court and there was no exception. The leave to appeal was denied under Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution as a matter of public importance not involved in the matter.
