In the light of the agreement between the parties, the allotments made in favor of the Allies were decided and, after receiving the sum of money, withdrawn their constitutional petitions filed against the Allies under which the Mukhtar notified the notification officer. Agreed to withdraw all the constitutional petitions approved by, could not be filed constitutional petition reserved for any hearing
