After submitting his inclusion report, the civil servant started performing his duties. Performing his duties, the Authority / Director first issued an order for appointment of a legal authority without any cancellation of the appointment of anybody, even though the authority, upon filing an appeal against the order of the service tribunal, appointed the government employees. Was also separated. The Vent Challenge Order was submitted by the service tribunal to the Supreme Court with the direction for the reshuffling of the civil servant-occupied post, claiming that his order of appointment was ever served by appeal.
