The Supreme Court found nothing illegal in the exercise of discretion by the trial court and the High Court under Sections 265 K and 561 A, CR PC, respectively. After abusing the court process by people who misused it, the Supreme Court refused to interfere with the court-approved orders. Appeal leave denied below
