To be the plaintiff's landlord in the suit for possession and maison profit in the Special Relief Act 1877 Section 8 Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), Sections 105, 108 and 111 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), XVII, R 3 suit. Due to the dispute the defendant filed a suit for a two-year lease agreement at the expiration of the suit filed period. At the time of the suit defendant's order was ordered to submit the arrears of rent by the due date, but the defendant failed to comply with the order. On request by the plaintiff under OAVII, R 3, CPC, the court ordered the adjournment order along with the defendant's concluding evidence for non-compliance of the order in connection with the rent submission. The sentence passed by the trial court shall be bound by the present judgment of XVII, R 3, CPC and the sentence provided under the court order of the court below, for any false reading and non-reading evidence or jurisdiction. Real defect, none: the use of its jurisdiction cannot be interfered with by the High Court
