Article 2 302 / QQ Law Evidence (Sun of 1984 of 1984), Declaration of Death of Section D 46 A relevant death declaration is a violent exception to almost all the basic rules of the evidence of the law regarding death although death creates such a condition. The person who is supposed to be dead should be considered free from all ordinary purposes for misconduct, but it is not uncommon for the deceased to make a false statement. The announcement must be made in the presence of a doctor, magistrate or independent official. The death sentence may be based on a single dying declaration, but the court must be satisfied that it has all the marks.
