Final Decision for the Purposes of Rule 1908 Section 12 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Section 12 (2), Application for leave to appeal the CPC if the Supreme Court is merely a decision, or Verifies the order. By refusing leave to appeal the final decision under section 12 (2) of the High Court, the CPC shall be the High Court and not the Supreme Court, however, if the Supreme Court rejects a High Court decision and finds it Record. Contrary to the fact or law which the High Court has, the final decision or order shall be the Supreme Court for the purpose of Article 12 (2), CPC.
