MUHAMMAD SHAFI versus FOREST DEPARTMENT
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act, 1975 Section 4, the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), had two separate appeals before the Service Tribunal before the Section 47 Appellate Tribunal under which the defendants challenged their sanity. Was filed by Forest Department employees. Two appellants filed three different petitions to amend their appeals, so respondents granted such amendments on the basis that the applicants in the wrap of the amendments were, in fact, seeking to challenge some of the earlier orders of the department that were timed. Had caused Prohibited, the orders sought to challenge the amendment were free orders and they appeared in front of the departmental authorities and then before the service tribunal, and such orders were heard before the service tribunal. Although not approved, however, the challenge to be challenged is to amend the pending appeals before the Service Tribunal.
