FARHAN ZAFAR versus THE STATE
Section 6 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 and the Schedule (as substituted for the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Ordinance (XXIX of 2000)] Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Section 439 of the Special Courts, After the Criminal Terrorism (Amendment) Ordinance of Criminal Behavior (Amendment) Ordinance 2001 was enacted, the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, contained in the revision requests was not covered and is now established by the Anti-Terrorism Courts. Trial cases were heard. The Anti-Terrorism Court of Sessions or other such courts moved the cases to Sessions Court. The discrimination order approved by the refusal was set aside for non-compliance with the law and further cases were ordered to be transferred to the relevant sessions court. Done
