ATTAULLAH versus THE CHAIRMAN, SINDH LABOUR APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII of 1968), Section 2 (g), Schedule 8e Section O1 (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Employee on Applicant Work charged was the basis for monitoring the acquisition of land that was not permanent or part-time work; after the completion of the contract, the contract was not extended and the services were terminated, the Labor Court complained. The application was dismissed and the Labor Appeal upheld the order. Applicants were hired on a work-charge basis for the tribunal to oversee the acquisition process, after the acquisition of the land acquisition process, the employer was not allowed to extend his contract.
